Panattoni has obtained €24 million in financing from Bank Pekao to support the development of Panattoni Park Białystok III, a new logistics facility in north-eastern Poland.
The 32,000 sq m Class A warehouse project is being developed near the Białystok-Zachód (S8) interchange in Choroszcz and is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2026. Once delivered, it will be the only Class A industrial facility currently available to tenants in the Podlaskie Voivodeship.
Approximately 75% of the space has already been leased, with tenants including a courier company, a logistics operator and two retail businesses.
The site is located around 16 km from Białystok city centre and offers direct access to the national road network, including the Via Carpatia corridor, which is expected to strengthen transport links between northern and southern Europe.
“Financing Panattoni’s third investment in the Białystok region reinforces our strategy of developing modern industrial space in emerging markets, outside the country’s main logistics centers. Bank Pekao’s support allows us to implement projects that raise the standard of local infrastructure and strengthen the potential of the regions,” says Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni .
In line with Panattoni’s sustainability standards, the project is targeting BREEAM Excellent certification. The development will incorporate energy- and water-saving technologies, as well as infrastructure supporting sustainable transport, including electric vehicle charging points.
