WPIP Logistics Park Opens in Bydgoszcz, Offering Modern Spaces for Local Businesses
Bydgoszcz has added a new hub for business development with the official opening of WPIP Logistics Park Bydgoszcz. The ceremony attracted city officials, regional economic development representatives, WPIP Group executives, and local media, marking the launch of the 11,732 m² warehouse and office complex.
Designed as a Small Business Unit, the park offers flexible, modern, and well-connected spaces that combine warehouse, office, and social functions. The first lease agreements have already been signed, and the facility has begun operations, providing a boost to the city’s economic potential and supporting local and regional entrepreneurs.

Developed on a 2.9-hectare plot at Mokra and Chemiczna Streets, the project was delivered by WPIP Construction, ensuring high-quality technical solutions and comprehensive project management. The location provides convenient access to the DK10 national road, S10 expressway, Bydgoszcz Główna railway station, and Bydgoszcz Airport, with Poznań 130 km away, Gdańsk 160 km, and Warsaw 300 km.
