Advertising Terms & Conditions
The following are the terms and conditions of the agreement between the ‘Publisher’, Logistics Monitor Sp.z.o.o and the ‘Advertiser’ – the party who has booked the space within the portal (www.logisticsmonitor.eu).
- All adverts are subject to the Publisher’s approval. The Publisher reserves the right to decline to publish or to change the position of an advert at its discretion and without explanation.
- The Advertiser reserves the right to cancel the contract if the Publisher alters the advert’s position, size, or prominence without prior consent. The Publisher shall bear no liability for errors arising from third-party providers or inaccurate instructions supplied by the Advertiser.
- All adverts must meet the Publisher’s technical requirements. If an advert is omitted, withdrawn, or suspended due to the Advertiser, full payment for the space remains due, regardless of publication.
- The Publisher reserves the right to increase the advertising rates at any time or to amend the terms and conditions as necessary without warning and prior consent. In such an event the Advertiser will have the right to cancel the remainder of their contract without further charge.
- The advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold the publisher harmless against any claims or costs arising from the advertiser’s unauthorized use of names, photographs, or content protected by copyright or trademark. The advertiser also confirms that all information submitted for inclusion in the portal is accurate and truthful.
- Advertiser payment invoices are subject to payment within 7 days. All remittance must be made payable to Logistics Monitor Sp.z.o.o.
- Neither party shall be liable for delays or contract termination caused by terrorism, strikes, floods, or other acts of God.
