Panattoni Secures €42m BNP Paribas Financing for Szczecin Logistics Park
Panattoni has secured €42 million in financing from BNP Paribas for the development of Panattoni Park Szczecin Trzebusz II. The investment is currently underway, with construction having begun on the first warehouse hall offering 25,500 sqm of space. Of this, 15,500 sqm has already been leased to Rohlig SUUS Logistics.
The next phase of the project will involve the construction of a second facility with an area of 36,000 sqm.
“Szczecin is consistently strengthening its position as one of the key logistics hubs in Poland. Financing from BNP Paribas allows us to implement a project that will provide tenants with access to modern infrastructure, qualified staff and convenient domestic and international connections. Panattoni Park Szczecin Trzebusz II is a natural step in the development of our presence in the region, where we have already delivered nearly 900,000 sqm of modern industrial space,” says Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni.
Panattoni Park Szczecin Trzebusz II is located in the eastern part of Szczecin, the capital of Western Pomerania, approximately 15 km from the city centre and 160 km from Berlin. The park benefits from strong transport links, with direct access to the S3 road and the A6 motorway, enabling efficient servicing of both domestic and international markets. Its proximity to the Port of Szczecin further enhances its logistics potential.
In line with Panattoni’s sustainability standards, the development will be certified under the BREEAM environmental assessment system at the “Excellent” level.
