Panattoni to Develop 5,300 sqm BTS Warehouse for DPD Polska in Gorzów Wielkopolski

Panattoni has launched construction of the next phase of Panattoni Park Gorzów II, developing a 5,300 sqm build-to-suit (BTS) warehouse for leading courier company DPD Polska. The new facility is scheduled to begin operations in August 2026.

The project is part of DPD Polska’s strategy to enhance parcel handling efficiency and optimize logistics processes. The purpose-built warehouse will feature specialist courier doors, a multi-level sorter, advanced building automation with DALI-controlled lighting and twilight sensors, as well as infrastructure including photovoltaic panels, electric vehicle chargers, and tenant-specific landscaping and shelters.

“DPD Polska was looking for modern warehouse space that could be adapted to current technologies, processes and operational requirements. Taking the client’s needs into account, we offered a BTS solution at Panattoni Park Gorzów II, which will allow the facility to be fully adapted to the standards of modern courier logistics,” says Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni.

“The construction of the new facility in Gorzów Wielkopolski is an important step for us in the development of logistics infrastructure in western Poland. The investment will enable us to handle the growing volume of shipments even more efficiently and increase operational efficiency in the region. The modern technological solutions implemented at the facility will improve the efficiency of logistics processes, whilst the new, larger facility will lead to increased employment in the region,” says Łukasz Zembowicz, Sales and Marketing Director and member of the Management Board at DPD Polska.

Panattoni Park Gorzów II will ultimately consist of three buildings totaling 67,000 sqm, with the first 36,500 sqm warehouse completed in 2022. The complex is strategically located about 8 km from Gorzów Wielkopolski city center, near the S3 road, which connects Poland’s western border and forms part of the VI European Transport Corridor linking the Baltic and Adriatic regions.

“Panattoni Park Gorzów II is a response to the growing importance of the city and the region in the eyes of both local and global companies. This modern logistics park offers extensive possibilities for adaptation to clients’ high requirements, both in terms of logistics and manufacturing,” adds Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson. “The industrial property market in the Lubuskie Province is one of the fastest growing in Poland. Its main advantage is its strategic location, and the growing importance of international trade and e-commerce further strengthens its competitiveness.”

The development reinforces Panattoni’s strong presence in the Lubuskie Province, where the company has delivered over 909,000 sqm of modern industrial space to date.
