15 Firms Vie for CPK Rail Contract Supporting Airport Logistics

Fifteen companies and consortia have submitted bids to design and build a 5 km railway siding for the future CPK Airport, with offers ranging from PLN 147 million to PLN 285 million. The siding, to be completed by the end of 2029, will initially support logistics for the airport and rail projects before transitioning into a fuel line. The “design and build” contract includes full documentation, permits, construction, and commissioning, with a 36-month timeline. A separate tender with PKP PLK will handle its connection to the existing railway line no. 3.
