BEUMER Group has officially integrated two digital companies, Codept and Elara, into its corporate structure—both of which were originally developed within its in-house innovation hub, Beam. This strategic move marks a significant milestone in BEUMER’s commitment to driving digital transformation across the logistics industry.

By bringing Codept and Elara fully under the BEUMER umbrella, the company aims to deliver enhanced digital solutions that boost operational efficiency, enable seamless system integration, and improve transparency across logistics and maintenance processes for its customers.

Launched in 2018, Beam is BEUMER Group’s innovation engine, focused on developing digital products and business models that complement its core offerings. Codept, Beam’s first startup founded in 2019, provides a no-code integration platform that connects logistics service providers and online retailers, harmonizing data and processes across various systems such as ERP, WMS, and marketplaces. Customers benefit from faster onboarding, extensive system integrations, and a scalable platform designed to simplify order fulfillment.

Elara, established within Beam in 2020, offers a cloud-based maintenance management platform used in airports, logistics centers, and manufacturing facilities. The solution helps maintenance teams reduce downtime, manage spare parts efficiently, and lower operational costs, leading to smoother operations and more reliable outcomes.

Both companies will continue operating as subsidiaries of BEUMER Group, maintaining their distinct organizational structures and leadership teams to preserve their innovative spirit and ensure continuity for customers.
