Cotswold Outdoor Group, the company behind well-known retail brands Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need, and Snow + Rock, has appointed DHL Supply Chain as its new logistics partner under a multi-year agreement.

As part of the deal, DHL will deliver end-to-end warehousing and fulfilment services from its state-of-the-art, multi-user facility in Coventry. The partnership is set to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience through upgraded infrastructure, advanced technology, and DHL’s extensive logistics expertise.

The Coventry site, which holds a BREEAM “Excellent” rating and EPC “A” rating, is fully powered by renewable electricity and was DHL’s first carbon-neutral new build in the UK. The move supports Cotswold Outdoor Group’s sustainability goals while ensuring seamless distribution to over 75 retail stores across the country and streamlined e-commerce fulfilment.
