The leases span key logistics hubs in Ablaincourt, Denain, Châteauroux, and Ormes, underscoring GLP’s growing footprint and continued momentum in the French market.

JINGDONG Logistics Joins GLP Park Ablaincourt
JINGDONG Logistics has leased 12,000 SQM at the BREEAM “Very Good”-certified GLP Park Ablaincourt, which features a large photovoltaic roof. Located between Lille and Paris near the A1 and A29 motorways, the park offers excellent connectivity to major logistics corridors including Le Havre, Antwerp, and Rotterdam.

Maersk Fully Occupies GLP Park Denain
Maersk has expanded its presence at GLP Park Denain by leasing the remaining 25,000 SQM, bringing the 100,000 SQM facility to full occupancy. Situated in Hauts-de-France at the crossroads of the A2 and A21 motorways, the site is strategically positioned for Northern European distribution.

Courir Expands at GLP Park Châteauroux
French sneaker retailer Courir is growing its operations with an additional 8,300 SQM of space at GLP Park Châteauroux, bringing the total site size to 26,000 SQM. The expansion highlights the strength of GLP’s long-term, client-focused development approach.

Distri Cash Signs Lease at Orléans Logistics Park
Automotive tyre distributor Distri Cash has leased 4,000 SQM at GLP’s Orléans Logistics Park 1 in Ormes. Positioned in a prime logistics zone with direct road access to Orléans and Paris, the site offers modern infrastructure, strong workforce availability, and excellent regional connectivity.
