Panattoni Secures €26.5 Million Loan from Santander Bank Polska for Warsaw Logistics Expansion

Panattoni has obtained a €26.5 million loan from Santander Bank Polska to finance its latest investment in Warsaw. The funding will support the construction of two new warehouses within the Panattoni Park Warsaw North III complex in Nadma.

The planned facilities will cover approximately 16,000 sqm and 33,500 sqm, contributing to the park’s eventual total area of around 75,000 sqm. Strategically located in Nadma, within the Radzymin municipality just 25 km from central Warsaw, the complex benefits from immediate access to the S8 route, ensuring efficient connectivity to both the capital and other key locations across Poland. In line with Panattoni’s sustainability standards, the park is set to achieve BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.

“Panattoni Park Warsaw North III stands out thanks to its excellent location in the highly competitive Warsaw industrial property market. It combines proximity to the capital with attractive operating costs and good access to road infrastructure. We are glad that Santander Bank has once again placed its trust in us and is supporting the development of modern, sustainable investments. The funds obtained will enable us to continue our expansion in the Warsaw region, where we have already delivered nearly 2.2 million sqm,” comments Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni.

The first tenant to occupy the new space will be PBS Connect Polska, which will relocate its headquarters from Marki and take up more than 24,000 sqm. The facility is expected to serve as the company’s primary logistics hub for Central and Eastern Europe, with employment at the site projected to reach approximately 150 people.
