Transporeon, a Trimble Company, has officially launched a suite of next-generation logistics solutions, headlined by its new Transport Planner tool—marking a major step forward in its mission to build a fully integrated, modular Transport Management System (TMS) for the AI era.

The new Transport Planner delivers fast, cost-effective, and optimized transport plans, significantly outperforming traditional planning systems. It forms part of a wider rollout of AI-powered tools across the Transporeon platform, including updates to its Freight Marketplace, Execution & Visibility, and Dock & Yard Management solutions.

• The Transport Planner optimizes transport assignments with speed and efficiency at a fraction of the cost of legacy tools.

• New “Autonomous Procurement” and “Autonomous Quotation” features enable full automation of spot shipment workflows.

• Enhanced tracking in Transporeon Visibility now supports real-time monitoring of ocean (including demurrage and detention) and air freight.

2. Freight Marketplace

• The upgraded Freight Procurement tool uses AI to improve tendering and carrier selection, with new multi-lane RFQ functionality.

• Tighter integration with “Market Insight” brings data-backed decision-making to the forefront.

3. Dock & Yard Management

• The next-gen Time Slot Management system improves yard flow and carrier coordination via a unified access point.

• Yard Pre-Check-In and Digital Transport Documents streamline check-ins and truck processing—entirely paperless and automated.

The new features were showcased at NEXT, Transporeon’s product innovation event during the Transporeon Summit 2025 in Amsterdam. The Transport Planner tool is already live, with ongoing updates planned throughout 2026.

Meanwhile, the next-gen Freight Procurement and Time Slot Management tools are currently in beta, with full release expected in Q1 2026.
