ATA Trading AB is expanding its warehouse footprint more than fivefold at Mileway’s Ackumulatorn 2 & 8 property in Helsingborg, Sweden, after agreeing to lease approximately 4,000 sqm of additional temperature-controlled warehouse space.
The agreement will increase the food wholesaler’s total space at the property from approximately 900 sqm to 4,900 sqm, supporting its continued growth and strengthening its logistics and distribution capabilities.
Mileway, a European last-mile logistics real estate company, is investing in upgrades to the property to meet modern logistics and cold storage requirements, with a particular focus on grocery distribution and food handling.

We look forward to continuing to grow here with with Mileway,” says Tarek Kassem Owner of ATA Trading.

As part of the expansion, Mileway will install temperature-controlled storage, upgrade lighting to LED and refurbish interior finishes to create a modern, energy-efficient environment suited to food storage and handling.

Looking ahead, the company intends to develop a further 3,000 to 7,000 sqm of space at the site, creating additional opportunities for food businesses and distribution operators seeking warehouse facilities in the Långeberga logistics hub.
