Panattoni secures €13 million loan from Bank Pekao for Warsaw logistics park
Panattoni has secured €13 million in financing from Bank Pekao to support the final phase of Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV, a logistics and warehouse development in Nadarzyn, near the Polish capital. The 26,700 sqm facility was completed in the second quarter of 2026 and is fully let to three tenants.
The tenants operate in the e-commerce and retail sectors, reflecting the continued demand for modern logistics space serving online retail and distribution networks.
“Securing financing from Bank Pekao confirms the confidence financial institutions have in the quality of our projects and in the long-term fundamentals of the industrial property market in the Warsaw region. Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV is a development situated in one of the country’s most attractive logistics locations, which meets the real needs of tenants seeking modern and flexible space,” says Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni.
More than 85,000 sqm of warehouse space
Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV comprises three warehouses with a combined area of more than 85,000 sqm. Located in Nadarzyn, approximately 20 km from central Warsaw, the complex benefits from direct access to the S8 expressway via the Paszków junction.

The development has been designed to accommodate the requirements of e-commerce and logistics businesses, as well as operators specialising in urban distribution.
